Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. You will oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards, and coordinate with the chef and beverage team on promotions.

Responsibilities include staff training, daily briefings, and ensuring all dishes and drinks are served to specification and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience supervising hospitality staff and maintaining service standards.
Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager to run the operation and provide courteous service to guests.
Train staff and audit service standards per Forbes Travel Guide protocols.
Supervise staff to ensure all Food & Beverage service phases meet quality and safety.
Ensure meals and beverages are prepared and served to specification and temperature.
Check daily restaurant prep, mise-en-place, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Lead briefings, review occupancy forecasts, reservations, complaints and issues.
Conduct staff appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
Inspect outlets for cleanliness, setup and equipment condition.
Monitor guest service and take prompt action to resolve complaints.
Coordinate with Chef and beverage team on promotions and upselling.
