Job summary

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee F&B activities across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets while developing and executing growth strategies.

You will lead Area and Outlet Managers, implement training programs, monitor market trends, and negotiate with landlords and vendors to sustain growth and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive F&B operations experience.
• At least 3 years in multi-area or regional leadership managing 10+ outlets.
• Strong business acumen with analytics and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations across multiple outlets to meet revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations with corrective action plans.
• Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and productivity while maintaining high service standards.
• Translate senior directives into actionable outcomes for the operations team.
• Enhance brand presence, customer loyalty, and repeat patronage through innovative practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area and Outlet Managers to build leadership bench strength.
• Implement performance management, talent development, and structured training programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide growth insights.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and external stakeholders.
