Job summary

Zhang Ji Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure SOP compliance. You will lead a middle-management team, maintain hygiene standards, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include planning staffing schedules, resolving operational issues, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service. A minimum of 5 years in F&B is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.
