The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in F&B with middle-management experience, excels at staff planning, and drives sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Leverage F&B background in middle management to oversee operations.
• Oversee outlet operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Plan staffing schedules and resolve outlet operational issues.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in adhoc duties as required.
