Job summary

KIDS SPACE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Restaurant Service Associate to join our team.

You will assist in daily setup and breakdown, greet guests, guide them to menus or QR codes, and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in restaurant service, fluent English, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant service/F&B industry, barista experience is a plus.
• Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable. Education/experience mix will be considered.
• Outstanding customer service, focused and oriented.
• Full-time flexible hours required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong communication skills to promote sales and resolve conflicts.
• Positive, cheerful, energetic, fun and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup & breakdown of the restaurant.
• Assist Service Leader in organising table seating and preparing tables.

• Serve water and refill glasses as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of food/beverage orders.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Ensure side stations are stocked and cleaned with regular checks.
• Assist in cleaning up spills and maintain table cleanliness.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal).
• Handle customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitate and assist Service Leader in other requirements.

• Assisting in cleaning up of spills and ensuring table cleanliness at all times.
• Complete housekeeping functions where necessary (ie. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and etc.)
• Handling of customers' queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitating and assisting Service Leader in any other requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
