Qualifications

• Fresh graduate welcome.
• Minimum qualification level: Nitec/Diploma.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle queries, and upsell food and beverages.
• Take orders, process payments, and manage transactions via POS.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain ingredients and condiments.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train staff, manage schedules, and assist with stock checks.
