Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG with brand development or incubation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end development and incubation of new F&B brands in Singapore, including market research, brand positioning, product planning, and SOP development.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support brand expansion strategies.
• Develop and execute brand launch plans for successful market entry and growth.
• Coordinate with Singapore office, China headquarters, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Coordinate commercial discussions and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
• Support the General Manager in business planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Work with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and meet objectives.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analyses for management review.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, recommending solutions for successful implementation.
