Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced F&B Brand Development Manager to lead the development and launch of new brands in Singapore.

You will oversee market research, brand positioning, product planning, business model validation, and SOP development, driving strategic growth initiatives. You will coordinate with China HQ and external partners to ensure smooth communication and project execution, while supporting business planning, reporting, and stakeholder management to achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG with brand development or incubation.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and incubation of new F&B brands in Singapore, including market research, brand positioning, product planning, and SOP development.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support brand expansion strategies.
Develop and execute brand launch plans for successful market entry and growth.
Coordinate with Singapore office, China headquarters, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Coordinate commercial discussions and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
Support the General Manager in business planning, project coordination, and documentation.
Work with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and meet objectives.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analyses for management review.
Monitor progress and identify risks, recommending solutions for successful implementation.
