Qualifications

• Ensure staff teamwork to deliver optimum guest service.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Monitor dining room and guest wellbeing; handle safety and service.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Uphold company policies and safety training, and protect assets.
