Responsibilities

• Manage import, export, and transshipment procedures using Portnet and related systems to ensure smooth cargo processing
• Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of emails daily to maintain effective communication
• Address customer enquiries patiently over the phone to provide clear information and resolve concerns
• Remain calm under pressure and apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues effectively
• Perform accurate data entry and create documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support shipping operations
• Demonstrate a positive work attitude to contribute to a productive and collaborative team environment
