Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-driven logistics professional to handle pharmaceutical shipments in compliance with internal standards. You will coordinate orders, book airfreight, and maintain precise inventory records.

Join a 5.5-day work week role with alternate Saturday half-day. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in retail operations, logistics, or related fields, and is proficient in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations (inventory management/inspection), manufacturing shipping, e-commerce back-office operations, or logistics administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Experience in airfreight or logistics operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments in compliance with operational standards.
• Liaise with customers to manage shipment orders and coordinate delivery requirements.
• Book airfreight with airlines and execute Air Waybills (AWBs).
• Update and maintain accurate import and export inventory records.
• Perform picking and packing of pharmaceutical products according to procedures.
• Support daily logistics operations and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
