Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate for a logistics role based in Singapore. The responsibilities include managing import documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring shipments are scheduled effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Follow up on import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L), to facilitate permit applications and GST processing.
• Forward import documents to freight forwarders for customs clearance and related import procedures.
• Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders regarding the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.
• Ensure containers are cleaned and washed before being returned to carriers, including maintaining photographic records as proof of condition.
• Liaise with managers to coordinate and schedule monthly export shipments.
• Obtain and evaluate a minimum of three freight quotations to secure the most cost-effective export shipping solutions.
• Coordinate with shipping agents and warehouse personnel to arrange and confirm monthly shipment bookings.
• Liaise with suppliers to schedule collection dates and times for goods.
• Coordinate with transport providers to arrange and confirm collection schedules.
• Prepare collection notes with unique reference numbers for each collection and maintain accurate updates in the collection note tracking system.

• Possess Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Min. 1 year experience in logistics role.
