Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in a structured Monday-to-Friday environment at our Tai Seng location in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations, goods receiving, inventory, pick & pack, or logistics. The role involves manual duties, data entry and shipment preparation in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics or inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, including verification, unloading and documentation.
• Carry out picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including packing and arranging goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and orderly.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month + AWS

Join an established medical technology company as a Warehouse Assistant and support daily warehouse and inventory operations in a stable Monday-to-Friday environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, goods receiving, inventory, pick & pack or logistics who are looking for a structured work schedule and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, including verification, unloading and documentation
• Carry out picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including packing and arranging goods
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and orderly
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, logistics or inventory experience preferred, especially in goods receiving or pick & pack
• Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons/materials
• Comfortable performing manual warehouse duties, including stretch-wrapping approximately 20 pallets daily
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and good teamwork
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with large fans
