Job summary

thinkads pte ltd is seeking an Events & Marketing Executive who enjoys both the creative and hands-on sides of marketing. You’ll collaborate with Client Servicing, Creative and Production teams to turn ideas into real-world brand experiences—from brief to launch day.

Expect to coordinate mall activations, venue sourcing, consumer experiences and live events. You’ll work onsite, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution across marketing and events projects.

Qualifications

• Has a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline.
• Has around 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, events, brand activation, retail marketing, account servicing or project coordination.
• Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant hands‑on experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand activations from planning to execution.
• Coordinate pop-ups, roadshows, retail activations, launches and experiential events.
• Communicate with clients on project requirements, updates and approvals.
• Source venues, suppliers and production vendors; monitor timelines and output quality.
