ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support Exhibition and Visitor Experience initiatives.

The role involves coordinating campaigns, marketing materials, on-site activations and visitor engagement across events and digital content. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, gain hands-on exposure to marketing, events and operations, and help maintain schedules, trackers and reports while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience; exposure to events industry is an advantage.
• 1–2 years project coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with social media, digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
• Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends, public holidays and evenings when required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Senior Operations Manager on campaigns, promotions and visitor engagement activities.
• Coordinates preparation and distribution of marketing and communication materials.
• Supports social media, digital content, publicity and other communication activities where applicable.
• Maintains marketing schedules, content calendars, campaign trackers and related documentation.
• Coordinates with operations personnel to support on-site activations, events and promotional activities.
• Liaises with vendors and stakeholders on marketing logistics and administrative matters where required.
• Collects visitor feedback, engagement data and campaign information for reporting.
• Provides general administrative and coordination support to the management.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
