The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with 1-2 years in project coordination and events exposure. On-site work including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience; exposure to events industry is advantageous.
• 1-2 years project coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior Operations Manager on campaigns, promotions and visitor engagement activities.
• Coordinates preparation and distribution of marketing and communication materials.
• Supports social media, digital content, publicity and other communication activities.
• Maintains marketing schedules, content calendars, campaign trackers and related documentation.
• Coordinates with operations personnel to support on-site activations, events and promotional activities.
• Liaises with vendors and stakeholders on marketing logistics and administrative matters.
