The Mission (Your Key Focus):

1. Bid Coordination & Submission

• The Architect:You will identify and lead the submission of RFIs, RFQs, and Tenders. You’ll be the person ensuring we put our best foot forward.

• Stakeholder Management:Communicate tender requirements clearly to internal teams so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done.

• Precision Execution:Collate, prepare, and compile bid documents. You’ll be responsible for the final "check, bind, and pack" before the big submission.

2. Commercial Support

• The Numbers:Work on costing and quotations for tenders and ongoing projects. You’ll develop a sharp eye for pricing and commercial logic.

• Pipeline Management:Keep our "Radar" updated. You’ll maintain the project pipeline so the business always knows what’s coming next.

• Clarification Lead:Follow up on tender queries and ensure no question from a client goes unanswered.
