About The Role

Executive, Client Management serves as the primary strategic partner for DKSH's healthcare clients, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, strong account relationships, and long‑term business success. Based at Jalan Buroh with company transport provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations, this high‑visibility role is ideal for motivated graduates looking to build a career at the intersection of healthcare, supply chain management, and client partnership.

What You Will Deliver
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building trusted partnerships by aligning DKSH's operations with client business needs and objectives
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders, delivering data‑driven performance insights and actionable improvement recommendations Consolidate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics across functional areas including Distribution Centre (DC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance into professional performance reports that articulate trends and drive informed decisions
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful touchpoints with clients to strengthen relationships, build trust, and ensure proactive resolution of issues Monitor stock levels against contractual targets to minimize obsolescence and effectively manage non‑working inventory
  • Collaborate with Distribution Centre and Material Management teams to ensure shipments are accurately tracked and storage is optimized Issue clear, data‑backed instructions for inventory transfers, write‑offs, and block actions to maintain inventory integrity
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to identify trends and translate complex data into meaningful business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present to stakeholders and manage client queries with professional poise
  • Proactive and self‑driven with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions independently
  • Interest in or understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is an advantage
  • Familiarity with end‑to‑end supply chain KPIs and contractual management
