We’re Hiring: Executive, Swim & Sports

We are looking for a dedicated Executive, Swim & Sports to be at the heart of our Swim & Sports initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of swim and sports programs and activities. This role involves working closely with coaches, instructors, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and participant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include scheduling, programme management, customer service, and assisting in the promotion of events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising and running the Swim & Sports events & programmes under the direction of the Swim & Sports Manager and HOD.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Swim & Sports Department, which consists of 40% administrative and 60% operational duties.
  • Responsible for the efficiency and smooth running of the Swim & Sports operation.
  • Liaison with affiliates and external bodies with regards to sports.
  • Organize, plan and introduce new programs and activities to the swimming community.
  • Attend Sub-Committee meetings, implement and follow up on decisions, and monitor Assist in planning of department CAPEX.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department and Club Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent
  • Organized and possesses swimming/sports knowledge
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Can easily multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong organisational, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • 5-day work week (including weekends & Public Holidays).
