Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking a motor claim surveyor reporting to the Head of the Direct Unit. You will inspect, verify and confirm damage, negotiate repair scope and costs, and prepare final reports to support recommendations.

The role requires 3+ years in motor industry, CGI certification, and ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with repairers. Travel using your own vehicle is expected as part of assignments.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma or Nitec 2 in Motor mechanic.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity.
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI).
• Knowledge of using IT devices and software in the course of work.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with the repairers.
• Travel to the location to conduct assignments using own vehicle.
