Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled motor insurance claims assessor to join our claims team. You will evaluate Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property, and Third Party Injury claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms.

You will collaborate with policyholders, workshops, lawyers, and investigators, supervise assistants, and approve payments within your authority.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property, and Third Party Injury claims
• Manage excess recoveries and non-BOLA recoveries
• Liaise with policyholders, workshops, lawyers, investigators, and third-party claimants
• Supervise and guide assistants in their daily tasks
• Approve payments within authority limits and ensure accuracy
• Attend court hearings, meetings, and seminars as required
• Work with panel solicitors on cases with Originating Claims issued
• Follow up on excess recovery claims regularly
• Provide feedback to underwriters on claims trends, policy breaches, and NCD matters
• Conduct periodic file reviews and update claims reserves
