Job summary

• Handle comprehensive motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide guidance to customers on accident claims procedures and recommend optimal repair solutions.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations, and invoices whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and technicians to ensure seamless repair progress and customer satisfaction.
