Job summary

PT. TRAKINDO UTAMA SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a capable Sales Admin professional to support the sales team in Singapore. You will handle inquiries, prepare cost build-ups and quotations, process orders and invoices, and manage import/export documentation.

The role requires a Diploma with 5 years of sales admin experience or a degree with 3 years in the same field. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of shipping processes and free trade agreements are essential.
