Job summary

The supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a Cantonese cuisine outlet in Singapore.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise service and kitchen teams, manage reservations and VIP bookings, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and a focus on efficiency and quality. Salary is SGD 4,000–5,500 per month with 44 hours/week and a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of restaurant management experience, Cantonese cuisine preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service and team coordination skills.
• Experience in vendor management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with food safety and WSQ hygiene regulations.
• Experience with reservations platforms and VIP bookings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service and quality.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house coordination during shifts.
• Lead service, cleanliness, and efficient food/pastry preparation.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Drive sales initiatives, guest relations and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales, labour costs, and inventory.
• Coordinate supplier orders, inventory checks, and quality control.
• Assist in outlet initiatives and project-based operational tasks.
