Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director – PMC (Owner's Representative) for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and cross-border transmission project based in Singapore. The role delivers independent leadership, governance, and delivery oversight across EPC contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

You will manage complex interfaces including solar PV, BESS, HVAC transmission systems, subsea cables, and substations, while engaging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
25+ years of major project delivery experience.
10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
Experience delivering utility-scale energy infrastructure (> US$1B) and renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

Provide governance and leadership across all project phases from development to handover.
Coordinate multiple EPC/EPCI contractors and interfaces to ensure integrated delivery.
Direct commercial governance across all project contracts and manage variations/claims.
Oversee cost management, forecasting, and risk management to protect project objectives.
Lead safety, quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance across the project.
