Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to act as the PMC’s senior integration authority for a complex solar PV, BESS, and cross-border Indonesia–Singapore interconnector project. You will oversee technical, contractual, and regulatory interfaces across multiple EPC/EPCI contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Interface Management, Integration Management, Project Management, or major package management roles.
• Proven experience on large-scale EPC and/or EPCI projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary, multi-contractor, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Experience on cross-border Indonesia and/or Singapore projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Project Interface Management Program, including governance and frameworks.
• Serve as PMC focal point for interface management and coordinate multidisciplinary workshops.
• Identify, define, and manage technical, contractual, organizational, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Maintain Master Interface Register and monitor actions, milestones, risks, and closures.
• Coordinate interfaces across Solar PV, BESS, substations, transmission, subsea cables, and SCADA.
• Manage interfaces between EPC/EPCI contractors, suppliers, utilities, and regulators.
• Coordinate cross-border interfaces involving Indonesian and Singaporean facilities and regulators.
• Oversee marine and subsea cable interface activities and project turnover readiness.
• Identify commercial risks related to interfaces and support mitigation planning.
• Produce interface dashboards, risk reports, and governance materials for leadership.
