Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Permit Coordinator to lead permitting activities for a major Solar PV, BESS and HV transmission project in Singapore. You will coordinate approvals, licenses, and regulatory submissions on behalf of the Owner through the PMC, ensuring timely permits without impacting project delivery.

The role requires strong governance, tracking of multiple permit streams, and collaboration with EPCs, utilities, and government authorities to navigate Indonesia–Singapore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field and 10+ years in permitting or regulatory affairs.
• Experience delivering permits for large infrastructure, energy, or marine projects.
• Familiarity with Indonesia and Singapore regulatory environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Master Permit Register and project permit governance.
• Coordinate permit submissions, timelines, and dependencies across EPC contractors and authorities.
• Liaise with regulators, utilities, and stakeholders to secure timely approvals.
• Monitor permit conditions, renewals and obligations, escalating risks as needed.
• Report progress and forecasts to project leadership and keep schedules aligned.
