Salary And Benefits

Roles & Responsibilities
- Programme Administration
- Provide administrative support for training programmes, workshops, events and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate programme logistics, including venue bookings, equipment, resources, participant registration and scheduling.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes.
- Records & Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases and filing systems.
- Ensure proper documentation, data integrity and compliance with organisational record management requirements.
- Prepare reports, programme documentation and standard operating procedures where required.
- Budget & Financial Administration
- Monitor budgets and expenditure to support effective financial administration.
- Process and verify financial transactions, maintain supporting documentation and ensure compliance with organisational financial policies.
- Prepare financial reports and support budget tracking and analysis.
- Resource & Asset Management
- Coordinate the allocation and maintenance of facilities, equipment and operational resources.
- Manage inventory of materials, supplies and organisational assets.
- Stakeholder & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support programme planning and implementation.
- Monitor programme progress, maintain stakeholder communications and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in office administration, programme management, finance or accounting for education/training institutions.
- Financial literacy is highly advantageous, as the role provides essential support in financial administration and budget management, ensuring compliance with government financial regulations.
- Proficiency in data and records management tools (such as spreadsheets, databases, and document management systems).
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools, e. g. Power BI and Tableau, would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the operational requirements of a training institution, e. g. Outward Bound Singapore, would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and meticulous with strong time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Positive attitude with integrity and a drive for excellence.
