Corestaff Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service & Programme Executive in Singapore to coordinate professional training programmes and support participants, trainers, and corporate clients. The role offers exposure to banking and financial services clients and local corporate environments.
You will manage registrations, liaise with trainers and clients, and coordinate both physical and virtual sessions while maintaining accurate records and supporting government-funded programmes.
Basic salary up to $3,800 (Depending on experience)

Our client is an established Singapore-based professional training provider with over 20 years of experience delivering banking and financial training programmes. They work with professionals across banks, corporations, government agencies and financial institutions, offering classroom and e-learning programmes across a wide range of financial topics. We are looking for a service-oriented and organised Customer Service & Programme Executive to coordinate professional training programmes and provide support to participants, trainers and corporate clients.
Serve as a key point of contact for participants and handle enquiries relating to programmes, registrations and schedules.
Coordinate programme registrations, enrolments, attendance and participant records.
Liaise with trainers, participants, corporate clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Support the coordination of physical and virtual training sessions.
Assist with classroom setup, training materials, attendance taking, activities and assessments.
Set up and coordinate virtual sessions via Zoom, Webex or other online platforms.
Arrange external training venues and coordinate programme logistics when required.
Maintain accurate programme records and update information in relevant systems.
Assist with government-funded programme administration, documentation and submissions.
Handle post-programme administration and ensure all required records are properly maintained.
Support audit and compliance documentation related to training programmes.
Perform other programme coordination and administrative duties as required.
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Administration, Operations Support, Programme Coordination or a related function.
Experience with training coordination, course administration, TPGateway, SSG/WSQ programmes or training grants will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Comfortable liaising with participants, trainers and corporate clients.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
