GENIE GENIUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive IT Desktop Support Specialist / System Administrator in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or higher and 4+ years of hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. You will handle Level 1/2 support, incident reporting, and timely updates on tasks, with opportunities to participate in DSS projects. You should be familiar with Win7/Win10, SharePoint, MacOS, and VPN/VDI environments, and possess strong customer

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent or higher degree.
Experience with level 1/2 support and incident reporting on hardware and software.
4+ years in desktop, laptop, mobile device, network, scanner, printer or peripherals support.
Able to install, troubleshoot and support hardware and software for desktops, laptops, mobiles, monitors, keyboards, printers and scanners.
Experience troubleshooting Win7/Win10, SharePoint, MacOS, Microsoft software, iOS, VDI, VPN, networking, scanners, printers and peripherals.
Familiar with ITIL framework/ IT Service Management is a plus.
Able to take on ad hoc requests and provide timely updates on tasks.
Participate in projects related to the DSS field of work.
Must adhere to company policies/guidelines.
Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/2 support and escalate issues as needed.
Generate incident reports and status updates for hardware and software incidents.
Install, troubleshoot and support hardware and software on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Contribute to DSS projects and handle ad hoc tasks with timely delivery.
