Job summary

A leading integrated resort in Singapore seeks an HR professional to partner with business managers for talent acquisition and HR advisory services. The successful candidate will implement HR strategies, manage a full spectrum of HR operations, and ensure compliance with labour laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of HR experience in large organizations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
  • Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
  • Support business strategy implementation (manpower strategies, talent development programs, operational requirements etc).
  • Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage and provide guidance and coaching to line managers and team members.
  • Manage team member engagement and relations.
  • Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  • Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Step in for BU operational duties when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of generalist HR experience in large organisations.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
  • Good track record of hiring and business partnering activities.
  • Confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
  • Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
  • High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
  • Meticulous, organised and analytical.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
