Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Paiza Guest Services associate to assist Paiza guests during their visit. You will deliver excellent service, assist with arrivals, departures, luggage, transportation, and Paiza program enrollment.

Responsibilities include setting up private gaming salons, supporting events, and conducting MBS casino tours. You will collaborate with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage and Table Games to ensure guest satisfaction, while following all policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Customer-focused with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and delightful service to Paiza guests and assist with their needs and requests.
• Meet and greet guests at checkpoints and assist with arrival/departure arrangements.
• Manage the Paiza Membership counters and enrollment.
• Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement.
• Prepare and set up private gaming salons for Paiza guests.
• Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
• Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests.
• Work with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games to meet guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
