Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites a guest services professional to support Paiza guests visiting the resort. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with their needs, and coordinate arrival and departure arrangements at checkpoints.

You will manage Paiza Membership counters, assist with Paiza programs, set up private gaming salons, support events, and collaborate with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage and Table Games to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Business, Marketing.
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
• Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Paiza guests and assist with their needs and requests.
• Meet and greet guests at checkpoints and assist with arrival and departure arrangements.
• Manage Paiza Membership counters and enrollment.
• Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement.
• Prepare and ensure proper set-up of private gaming salons for Paiza guests.
• Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
• Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests.
• Work with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games on guest requests and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as required.
