Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Paiza Guest Services Associate to assist Paiza guests during their visit, greet guests at checkpoints, manage Paiza memberships, and coordinate private gaming salons. The role requires Mandarin fluency with strong English, flexibility across shifts, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Mandarin proficiency with at least intermediate English; other Asian dialects a plus.
• Willingness to work in designated smoking environments and varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights and public holidays.
• Customer-focused, excellent team player and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Paiza guests and assist with their needs.
• Meet and greet guests at checkpoints; assist with arrival/departure arrangements (hotel room, luggage, transportation).
• Manage Paiza Membership counters and enrollment.
• Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement.
• Prepare setup of private gaming salons for Paiza guests.
• Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
• Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc. to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
