Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy and revenue by driving leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating with operations, marketing and finance. You will source retail concepts, finalize lease docs, conduct market research, and prepare budgets and reports, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has a real estate or related degree and 1–2 years in commercial retail,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters.
• Building good Landlord-Tenant rapport for ongoing discussions with regards to tenants' performance and business direction.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation including Variation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
• Analysis of Tenants' Sales, develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
• Preparation of budget and reports.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; ie. co-ordination team for renovation matters; with legal on completion of lease documentation, with Retail Management on daily operational matters.

Job Summary

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


• Minimum 1- 2 years of work experience in commercial or retail property sectors


• Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles is a plus.


• Possess positive disposition and strong interpersonal skills and commitment, communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong interest and passion for the retail industry are a must.


• Ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, an eye for details and work within timeline.
