Job summary

SingHealth’s Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership and Management (Asian HEAL) seeks a Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership and Management Programme, plus English and Mandarin executive programmes. You will coordinate planning, timelines, resources and quality across a matrix of partners including Duke-NUS and SingHealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with senior management and teams across functions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
• Resourceful and independent with ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of Asian HEAL's Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership and Management Programme and Executive Programmes in English and Mandarin.
• Lead planning and execution of programmes: scheduling, resource allocation, delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee full student lifecycle for the Executive Master: lead generation, admissions, enrolment, delivery, graduation and alumni engagement; coordinate with NUS units on admissions, funding, billing, grading and graduation.
• Support client engagement and partnership development including needs assessment, solutioning and relationship management.
• Develop, negotiate and manage programme-related agreements (Letters of Engagement, service agreements, vendor contracts) ensuring compliance with policies across procurement, legal and finance.
