Job summary

Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership and Management (Asian HEAL) within SingHealth seeks a Manager to own end-to-end management of the Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership and Management Programme, as well as Executive Programmes delivered in English and Mandarin.

You will plan and execute programmes, overseeing scheduling, resources, delivery timelines, and quality standards, and manage the full student lifecycle with admissions, enrolment, delivery, graduation and alumni engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in training or programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with senior management and team members across diverse functions and levels.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end management of Asian HEAL's Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership and Management Programme and Executive Programmes in English and Mandarin.
• Plan and execute executive education programmes, oversee scheduling, resource allocation, delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Manage full student lifecycle from lead generation and admissions through enrolment, delivery, graduation and alumni engagement; coordinate with NUS units on admissions, funding, billing, grading, and graduation.
• Support client engagement and partnership development, including needs assessment, solutioning and relationship management; assist in development and management of programme-related agreements.
