Job summary

The Asian HEAL team at SingHealth Group is seeking an Administration professional to support the Executive Master Programme and related offerings in English and Mandarin. You will handle operations, curriculum support, and faculty coordination across sessions and learning formats.

You will also manage programme communications, social media content, marketing materials, and LMS administration while ensuring accurate records and campus readiness. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in academia, training or programme management.
• Experience supporting curriculum development, instructional delivery or case study development.
• Experience in marketing communications, including social media management and development of collaterals.
• Familiar with Canva or Adobe Suite and CMS is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with faculty and senior stakeholders across organisations.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and administer Asian HEAL's Executive Master Programme and Executive Programmes in English and Mandarin.
• Support operational and administrative management of the programmes.
• Support curriculum development, including preparation of teaching materials, case studies and learning resources.
• Coordinate with faculty on instructional delivery, session planning, materials collation and learning support.
• Manage programme communications including newsletters, websites and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and external vendors to support outreach campaigns and visibility.
• Assist LMS administration, participant tracking and assessment processes; maintain records and repositories.
• Monitor budgets and assist in strategic planning on workplans and programme expenditure.
