Job summary

SingHealth's Asian HEAL leads executive education initiatives, overseeing Executive Master programmes and customised modules across Asia. You will manage planning, admissions, delivery, and alumni engagement, ensuring governance and quality while driving regional collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, pricing, reporting, and partnerships, with frequent cross-functional coordination and travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with senior-level executives across functions.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing internal operations and people development.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Executive Master and customised programmes.
• Drive programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, and governance.
• Oversee lifecycle from admissions to alumni engagement.
• Manage client engagement, partnerships, and contractual matters.
• Operationalise programme design and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
