Job summary

SingHealth's Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership and Management (Asian HEAL) seeks a seasoned professional to lead curriculum development and programme strategy for postgraduate healthcare leadership programmes. You will work with Programme Directors and faculty to shape courses, syllabi, and interdisciplinary projects, while ensuring quality and alignment across programs.

The role covers environmental analysis for new programmes, teaching strategy guidance, and LMS/course development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in training or programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with senior-level executives, faculty, and team members across diverse functions and levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop the model, strategy, and curriculum map for the Graduate Certificate and Executive Masters in Healthcare Leadership & Management (EMHLM).
• Advise and collaborate with faculty to design courses or syllabi across Global Health and Healthcare Leadership & Management disciplines.
• Design interdisciplinary courses such as Project Work or Thesis components for EMHLM.
• Conduct environmental scanning and needs analysis for new postgraduate programme development (e.g., Masters in Global Health and PhD in HL&M).
• Advise faculty on teaching strategies, instructional design, and grading rubrics; support Canvas LMS course development and grading workflows.
• Design course evaluation surveys for Graduate Certificate and EMHLM, analyse feedback, and prepare stakeholder reports.
