Job summary

SingHealth is seeking an experienced Programme Administrator for Asian HEAL to support the Executive Master Programme and related executive programmes delivered in English and Mandarin. You will coordinate development, planning and smooth delivery, liaising with partners, faculty and participants to ensure an excellent experience.

You will manage administrative and financial tasks, assist with proposals and costing, and coordinate with finance, procurement and marketing to align with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in training or programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and work with senior-level executives, faculty and team members across functions.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the programme development, planning and administration of Asian HEAL's Executive Master Programme and Executive Programmes delivered in English and Mandarin.
• Serve as the operational anchor to ensure programmes run smoothly and participants have an excellent experience.
• Collaborate with Programme Leads, faculty and partners to operationalise programme design and delivery formats.
• Oversee appointment and performance of external vendors delivering programme logistics.
• Support proposals, scoping, costing and client engagement with partners.
• Support administrative and financial tasks including billing, invoicing and vendor contracts.
• Maintain accurate programme records and assist evaluation, reporting and data tracking.
