Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, merchandising standards, and customer service quality.

Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.

Lead and mentor store managers, empowering them to achieve their goals and develop their teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and human resources, to optimize store performance.

Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding processes for new staff members.
