INSEAD seeks a dedicated programme operations professional to serve as a key ambassador for the Executive Master in Change (EMC) programme. You will guide participants from pre-programme onboarding through on-campus delivery and post-programme follow-up, ensuring an outstanding learning experience across INSEAD's campuses and events.

You will partner with faculty and internal teams to orchestrate high-quality operational execution, space planning, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or events management.
• Minimum 4 years in events coordination or client-facing roles in multinational environments.
• Familiarity with Pack Office, PeopleSoft, Business Objects and Power BI.

Mansioni

• Coordinate pre-programme activities with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage communications and onboarding, including schedules, platforms, and logistics.
• Liaise with faculty and vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency and alignment with objectives.
• Oversee programme delivery, space and venue planning, and cross-campus communication.
• Handle post-programme administration, evaluations, and stakeholder engagement.
