Job summary

INSEAD is seeking a program operations professional to act as a key ambassador throughout the participant journey for the Executive Master in Change (EMC) programme.

You will oversee pre-programme planning, on-campus delivery, and post-programme administration, coordinating with faculty, operations teams, and external partners to ensure a premium learning experience and smooth programme execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or events management.
• 4 years in events coordination or client-facing roles in multinational environments.
• Proficient with Pack Office, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects/Power BI.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all pre-programme activities with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and high service standards.
• Manage programme communications and onboarding, with schedules, platforms, accommodation, travel and logistics.
• Liaise with external vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring service delivery for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and coordinate on-campus examinations and venues.
