Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a dynamic role within the NUS Business School to coordinate EMBA cohorts and UCLA-NUS Executive MBA programme segments. You will ensure a high-quality participant experience through proactive engagement, cross-functional collaboration and meticulous coordination of local and overseas segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Business, Education, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Manager) or 5–8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in higher education, executive education, or programme management.
• Prior experience in programme management, particularly in the delivery or administration of educational programmes is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and data management tools (Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms (Canvas, Zoom, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or AI tools) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cohort and Participant Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned EMBA cohorts, providing timely information, guidance and support.
• Coordinate end-to-end planning and delivery of local and overseas programme segments in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders.
• Assist participants with course registrations, distribution of teaching materials and on-site teaching support.
• Coordinate segment logistics including venue setup, transportation, dietary requirements and facilities testing.
• Manage vendor engagement and related financial processes in line with university requirements.
• Conduct post-segment follow-up, including participant feedback and documentation of issues for continuous improvement.
