Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in executive education, EMBA, MBA, business school programmes, corporate training, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for professional communication.
• Ability to support evening or weekend programme activities and travel where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme in alignment with School and University priorities.
• Direct marketing, recruitment, admissions, brand positioning, market messaging, and recruitment pipeline performance.
• Oversee programme operations to ensure smooth delivery of classes, global modules, study trips, events, and student services.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets, revenue, costs, marketing spend, enrolment performance, student satisfaction, and quality.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and programme administration.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on recruitment, financial performance, student experience, risks, partnerships, pricing, and improvements.
