Job summary

Singapore DUCKtours Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service oriented Operations Associate to assist with inquiries, liaise with cruise liners, and ensure a smooth tour experience for guests.

You will handle guest feedback professionally, manage queues and crowd flow, maintain guest areas, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver consistently high service standards during day shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimally 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Prior retail sales or operations experience in hospitality, or tourism company would be preferred.
