Job summary

Paris Baguette AMEA is seeking a customer-focused team member to Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner and provide excellent service for a pleasant dining experience. The role includes upselling items, ensuring guest satisfaction, following SOPs, and maintaining hygiene in a high-volume environment.

Min. GCE N/O Level required; 1 year in customer service or F&B is a plus. Join a dynamic team dedicated to quality and guest delight in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Customer service or F&B experience preferred.
• Able to handle high-volume environment with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• Deliver timely and friendly service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Upsell promotional items.
• Perform quality checks and address any issues with guests.
• Prepare for opening and closing following SOPs.
• Adhere to service SOPs.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep outlet clean and tidy.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Report on time in proper uniform and grooming.
• Work with team members to deliver quality service.
• Assist in dishwashing as needed.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
