We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Corporate Services to provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to our clients and internal team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, service-driven, and keen to develop a career in corporate secretarial practice.
Provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist with a wide range of corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporations, strike-offs, and the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions.
Support clients in meeting statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documents accurately.
Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory submissions.
Handle work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and appeals.
Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MOM, IRAS, and other relevant authorities as required.
Conduct KYC and due diligence checks for new and onboarding clients.
Assist the Managing Partner and internal teams with client onboarding, servicing, and follow-up matters.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local and international clients through proactive communication and service support.
Requirements
Minimum A-Level qualification or Diploma.
Relevant experience or knowledge in corporate secretarial work will be an advantage. Candidates without prior experience but with relevant certificates are also welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
