We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director. This is a key role that requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy executive office in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's daily activities.
Manage the Managing Director’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and reports
Take minutes during key meetings and follow up on action items
Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and visas
Process expense claims, invoices, and other administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships
Support the MD with project coordination and ad-hoc tasks as required
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with organising internal events, town halls, and executive visits
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Experience organising travel and itineraries for senior executives
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
