Job summary

LG CNS is seeking an Executive Assistant & Business Development Executive to support the CEO in a fast-paced startup setting. The role blends executive support (60%) with business development (40%), driving strategic priorities, client engagement, and market expansion.

You will work closely with the CEO on growth initiatives and gain exposure to commercial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in business development or strategic

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Support, Project Coordination, Account Management, or related roles.
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams preferred.
Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and business priorities.
Prepare presentations, meeting materials, reports, and executive correspondence.
Track key action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
Coordinate communication between the CEO, leadership team, clients, and external partners.
Support leadership meetings, board-related activities, and special projects.
